Shipping
We can ship anywhere. Most items are shipped by common carrier and are expertly packed and insured so that you can be confident your items will arrive in perfect condition. Because of our volume, we receive very competitive rates from the carriers we use and and we pass that savings on to the customer. Since rates are based on weight, please call for a shipping quote.

When you place an order using, please include:
- Your contact info (name, phone, & email).
- The item numbers of the item(s) you would like to order.
- The physical address of the delivery address.
Once the order has been placed, we will reach back out to you with a total including freight costs to collect payment.
There is an order minimum of five items. Due to the time consuming nature of packing pottery, any order changes made after the order has been placed will be subject to an Order Change Fee of $300.
Returns
All returns will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
Catalog
From time to time, clients ask us if its possible to obtain our product catalog. We are more than happy accommodate catalog requests. If you fill out your mailing information below and ask for a print catalog, we will mail you one. Additionally, you can obtain a link to download the PDF copy of our product catalog by simply filling out the form below.
